Tanya Burr's Luxe Collection | Mini Haul

15 July 2016

Tanya Burr is on of my favourite Youtubers. I love her videos, I'm always in awe of her make up and most importantly, I love her style! Which is why I was so excited to hear she was bringing out another collection to add to her make up range and I couldn't wait to get my hands on it.

Today's mini haul will include each item from Tanya's Luxe Collection, which are the liquid lipstick, the matte nail varnish and an eyeshadow palette.

First of all, let's talk about the Luxe Lip Gloss.

This is something completely new to Tanya's range, and with all the rage around liquid lipsticks at the moment, I'm so glad Tanya jumped on board with the trend. There are 3 lip colours available; Puppy Paws, Rhubarb & Custard and Martha Moo. I opted for Rhubarb & Custard as it looked like a lovely bright colour that I thought would be perfect for Summer. I tried out the matte lip pretty much as soon as I'd unboxed it, and it was love at first sight!

It's definitely going to be a favourite this Summer, it's bright and somehow makes my eyes stand out. I also don't have anything similar to this colour, which makes me love it even more. One of my favourite things at the moment is getting experimental with lip colours.

The next item in my mini haul is the matte nail varnish.

Like the luxe lip glosses, the nail varnishes are available in 3 different colours; Duvet Day, Piggy Bank and Soft Pyjamas. First off, I just have to mention the names! Not just for the nail varnishes, but Tanya's Luxe collection features the cutest names! I love that in products, I feel like sometimes it makes me like them a little bit more. I opted for Duvet Day as it looked like a lovely grey colour which could be used all year round! The consistency is quite thick so when I was applying I thought it was going to dry quite unevenly, but when it was dried it settled down into a smooth layer, so when applying I'd suggest not to use too much product!

And my final item, the Enchanted Dream Eyeshadow Palette.

I was quite torn on wether to get this palette or the Birthday Suit Palette, but decided on Enchanted Dream as Birthday Suit features more brown and gold shades which are very similar to some I already own. This palette features a lovely highlight shade in Moonlit Walk, a shimmery grey/gold shade in Cocoa Plum, a warm matte brown perfect for the crease in Berry Souffle, and a dark purple/brown shade in Magic Carpet to create are darker and more smokey look.

I feel like this palette is going to become a go-to, as it can be used to create so many different looks. I think it's definitely good for a day look or a night look. The eyeshadows have a soft and luxurious consistency, which I was actually quite surprised at. Considering the price point, it's really good quality! I also love that it includes a cute heart-shaped mirror, perfect for on-the-go!

Overall I love the products I've purchased from Tanya's Luxe Range, and I can see myself investing in more in the future! Martha Moo is next on my list.

What about you? Have you tried out Tanya's latest range yet? If so, what did you think of it? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments!
