What I Picked Up from Lush's Easter Range

26 March 2017

Easter is just around the corner (anyone else ready for allll the chocolate eggs?!) and this can only mean one thing, Lush's Easter range has arrived!

Out of all the collections Lush release yearly I have to admit, apart from Christmas, I get the most excited for their Easter range. This year there is some returning favourites and some new additions. I decided to pick up a few bits as I'm trying to budget my spending until pay day, so today I'm going to tell you all what I thought of them.

Bunch of Carrots
I remember seeing Zoella talking about these adorable bubble bars in one of her videos a few years ago and I instantly wanted some for myself! This year I managed to grab some for myself and I can't wait to use them, but I also kind of don't want to ruin them. They have a very citrus-y smell as they contain hints of lemon which I love as I find it to be a very uplifting and fresh smell, which is basically what Spring is about! They're priced at £6.50 which is higher than I'd usually pay for a bubble bar but I think you get your money's worth as you technically get 3 in 1.

Which Came First?
I think Lush have had 'Which Came First?' before but this is the first time I've seen it so automatically I was intrigued. I was drawn in by the grapefruit scent as that's one of my favourite scents in a product and I've also heard that there's a surprise inside so the £6.95 price is definitely justified! It's quite a big bath bomb too so I think I'll be breaking this one up to get a few uses out of it.

Golden Egg
I had the Golden Egg last year so I already knew I loved it, I've been waiting for it to return all year. Filled with cocoa butter this glittery bath bomb melt will leave you feeling super moisturised and pampered after your bath while leaving a subtle glow! It smells like toffees so is nice and sweet smelling and even though the glitter can get all over your hands when handling it, it actually doesn't leave much glitter behind on you or stuck on your bath, result! It's also priced at £3.95 which is fab if you're looking for a small pamper treat.

So that's what I've picked up so far from Lush's Easter range but what about you? Is your fave a golden oldie or a new addition?

Lucy x

  4. The bunch of carrots are one of my favourites that I pick up each year! I need to actually go do a lush haul in a bit! I love that you get quite a few uses out of all of them! The Golden Egg I think is so worth the money and I used it before a night out and I looked so shimmery - love it! xx
